Charming traditional Portuguese detached Villa recently modernised, located close to Lagoa, set within a plot of 5.960m2 with lawns and flower beds surrounding the house. A paved driveway leads to the garage, beautiful gardens and a very private pool area.

This single storey property comprises of an entrance hall, good size living room, dining area, kitchen with pantry/ laundry room, 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite, one twin bedroom and a  family bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with access to the gardens and patios around the property from the master bedroom and lounge area.

The swimming pool (which can be heated) is a good size and is surrounded by paved terraces, outside lighting, south facing for all day long sunshine and plenty of space for sun loungers. There is a gas BBQ if needed.
The pool also has the option to be fenced in if you are staying at the villa with little children  it ensures the children do not have access to the pool.

Hot water is from a 300ltr solar panel water tank, and a geo-thermal heat pump system provides underfloor cooling in summer and heating in winter months. The villa has its own water supply via a bore hole, this is fed through a filter system to serve the property. The garden is looked after once a week by a local gardening business and in the summer months the pool is cleaned twice a week.

This villa has all the benefits of being located in the country, yet close by transport links, beaches and a great night life in Carvoeiro.
